Hi, I’m Mark Dixon, CTO of Enerjy Software.

My primary interest is the way software gets developed and maintained and how that process can be improved. In particular I’m working on ways to bring proven general management practices (e.g. quality metrics) to software development in a way that’s valuable to managers and developers, but without imposing needless overhead on either group.

When I’m not doing that stuff I’m spending time with my four daughters and playing jazz piano.
